Last week I made the trip 7 hours up North to the beautiful town, Inverell.
Our designated Indigenous advisor Russell had organised a great meet up with the Mob. I was pleased to hear they were in good spirits and were excited to learn of the services we have at MRM.
Inverell is one of the larger in-land country towns here in New South Wales. According to the 2021 census, the population at Inverell is 12,057. It is a town that has a beautiful landscape and an impressive history coined with the nickname "Sapphire city".
Overall the trip to Inverell however short, was worth it and I was glad to create new connections and relationships with the community there. MRM Care Consultant aims to be of service to the community of Inverell in an effort to be their bridge to better support.
